The Founder Visibility Workshop · Three Working Sessions

Three working sessions to turn your visibility into a growth lever for the business you have already built.

Everyone who has worked with you already knows what you do and how effectively you do it. The rest of the world has no idea. Over three sessions, we build your personal brand vision, a brand story that sounds authentic to you, and a revenue plan that connects your visibility to actual business income.

The Problem

When being very good at this has stopped being enough.

The business works. Revenue is real, the client list is solid, and the people who have worked with you would recommend you without hesitation.

And yet the pipeline still depends on who you already know. New opportunities arrive through introductions rather than inbound. When you do think about visibility, it lands as one more item on a list of things you are vaguely failing at, somewhere between the newsletter you have not sent and the podcast you were invited onto in March.

So you do one of two things:

Willpower it

You try to force more of it next week, in the gaps between actually running the company. You post inconsistently for six weeks, see nothing measurable, and quietly stop.

Outsource it

You hand it to someone else and end up with content that does not sound remotely like you. Which is worse, because now you are visible as someone you are not.

Both failure modes have the same root cause. Neither one started with strategy. That is what these three sessions are about: the strategy, and the plan to bring it to life.

What We're Doing

Three working sessions. One roadmap that connects them.

These are working sessions, not webinars. Each one has a defined output, and you build it live with us in the room. By the end of the third session you have a twelve-month visibility roadmap grounded in your actual business, not a generic template with your name at the top.

Session One

Set Your Goals

Find out where you actually stand, and decide what visibility is supposed to do for your business.

Most founders set visibility goals that are really vanity goals in disguise, because nobody ever told them what else to measure. We start by fixing that. You run a structured gap analysis on your current visibility, where you show up, who sees it, what it produces, and where the holes are. Then you set one visibility goal tied to a business outcome you actually care about.

You leave with A completed gap analysis and one defined visibility goal.

Session Two

Nail Your Positioning

Get precise about what you are known for, so that being visible is worth something.

Visibility without positioning just means more people are vaguely aware of you. That is not an asset. Positioning is what converts attention into opportunity, and it is the single most common thing established founders have never explicitly defined, because the business grew before anyone needed to write it down. We work through what you are actually the best answer to, for whom, and why that is credible coming from you specifically.

You leave with A written positioning statement.

Session Three

Build Your Roadmap

Map where your revenue and opportunities really come from, then turn it into twelve months of deliberate action.

This is where it becomes a plan. You build a Revenue and Opportunity Map, a clear picture of the channels, relationships, and platforms that actually generate business for you, versus the ones that consume time and produce nothing. That map feeds directly into a twelve-month roadmap: what you do, where, in what sequence, and how it compounds.

You leave with A Revenue & Action Plan.

All three sessions run live on Zoom, 15:00–16:30 Oslo time. That is 14:00 London, 17:00 Dubai. Your workbook, the frameworks and worksheets for all three sessions, arrives the moment you register, so you can print it and fill it in as we go.

What You Walk Away With
01

A clear vision and goals for your personal brand.

02

A positioning statement in your own words. The thing you are the best answer to, and for whom.

03

A Revenue & Action Plan that separates the channels producing business from the ones producing noise.

04

A clear answer to the question you have been avoiding. What would visibility actually be worth to this business, and is it worth doing properly?

Let's be direct about fit.

This is for you if

You are an established founder. Real revenue, real clients, several years in.
Your business runs on reputation and referral, and you can feel the ceiling.
You have little or no structured personal brand, some scattered activity at best.
You want visibility to serve the business, not become a second job.
You will do the work live in the sessions rather than watch and file it away.
You run a product or a service business. Either works. This is about how growth happens.

This is not for you if

You are pre-revenue or still finding your first clients. The work assumes a track record to position.
You want to build an audience for its own sake, or become a creator or influencer.
You are looking for social media tactics: hooks, hashtags, posting schedules, algorithm mechanics.
You want to fully outsource this piece. This is for founders who want to actively build their brand.

Founder, Plentitude

I help founders grow through the combination of product, positioning, and personal brand. That is the actual job: not content or a social channel on its own, but growth strategy that happens to include visibility as one of its strongest levers. I built my own business from $500 months to $50k months, and grew it steadily through a pandemic, maternity leave, and a relocation.

Accountability Coach · Founder, Progress Partners

Rebecca has spent eighteen years working with entrepreneurs on the part everyone finds hardest: the gap between deciding to do something and actually doing it. With powerful tools for goal-setting, planning, and accountability, she has guided over 1000 entrepreneurs to achieve seemingly impossible goals. She is here because a roadmap nobody executes is just a nicely formatted document.

Strategy on its own tends to sit in a folder. Accountability on its own has nothing worth being accountable to. We work together for a reason.

Questions people ask before registering.

Do I need to attend all three sessions?
They build on each other, so ideally yes. Session Two uses what you produce in Session One, and Session Three uses both. You can join for one and still get something out of it, but the roadmap only works if you have the goal and the positioning underneath it. Register anyway if you can only make two, the workbook and the replay will keep you in step.
Will there be replays?
Yes, available for a limited window after each session. Worth saying plainly though: these are working sessions, and the value is in doing the work while we are with you. Watching later is not really the same as showing up. Replays are a safety net, not the plan.
Is this actually free?
Yes. All three sessions, the workbook, and the replays. At the end of Session Three we will share how to keep working with us if you want to go further, but everything above is yours regardless of what you decide.
Which platform is this about?
None specifically. The method is platform-agnostic, and part of the work is finding out where your leverage actually is rather than assuming it is wherever everyone else is posting. Your map might point at speaking, social media, podcasts, a newsletter, industry press, or relationships you already have and have never worked deliberately.
I already post, speak or publish fairly regularly. Is this still useful?
Often more useful. Founders who are already active are usually producing consistent output against undefined positioning, which means effort without compounding. If you are posting and not seeing the business change, the problem is almost never volume.
How much work is involved between sessions?
Very little. The sessions run three consecutive afternoons, so there is no real gap to fill. You do the work in the room. What you should protect is the ninety minutes for the sessions themselves, undistracted. That is the whole ask.

By accident, or on purpose.

You have built something that works. The only question left is whether the right people ever find out about it, and whether that happens by accident or on purpose. Register now and the workbook is in your inbox within a few minutes.
